Way Out West started as Wild Wild West in 1987 by Marguerite Carson, who started with nothing more than $400 worth of hats and a booth at a local flea market. Over the years, that small start grew into a thriving Western wear destination in Davenport, now proudly celebrating 38 years in business.

From Marguerite to her daughter, and now to us, Way Out West has always been about more than products — it’s about people. We purchased the business to carry on the family legacy while making it our own. Today, we honor our roots while bringing fresh creativity to everything we do.
